Enrollment Procedures

Congratulations on your approval! Follow the steps below to guarantee your place at IF West Branch.

ATTENTION: The enrollment period for the regular call 2026/1 is from **January 15 to 19**. Failure to attend or provide complete documentation will result in the loss of your spot.

Step 1: Gather Documentation

Step 2: Fill Out the Online Application (Pre-Enrollment)

Access our pre-enrollment system and fill out the electronic form with your data and course information. Print the finalized application form.

Step 3: In-Person Submission or Digital Upload

The complete documentation (original and copy) must be submitted to the Academic Secretariat of the Campus for which you were approved, or digitally uploaded according to the instructions in the official notice.
