Quotas and Affirmative Actions
IF West Branch fully complies with the **Quotas Law (Law nÂș 12.711/2012)**, reserving vacancies for candidates who completed High School entirely in public schools.
**ATTENTION:** The quota system is divided into subgroups (income, ethnicity, and disability). Candidates must choose only one modality and present the specific supporting documentation upon enrollment.
Income Quota (L1 and L2)
Vacancies intended for candidates with a gross monthly family income equal to or less than 1.5 minimum wages *per capita*.
Required Enrollment Documentation:
- Income Form (available in the official notice).
- Copy of the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) for all family members over 16 years old.
- Proof of income (paycheck, income tax return, etc.).
Ethnicity Quota (L2 and L6)
Vacancies intended for candidates who self-declare as black, brown, or indigenous (PPI).
Enrollment Procedure:
- **Self-Declaration:** Completion of a specific self-declaration form.
- **Heteroidentification:** The candidate will be summoned for a mandatory interview with the IFET Heteroidentification Commission, which will validate the ethnic-racial self-declaration.
Quota for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
Vacancies reserved for candidates who prove disability, in accordance with current legislation.
Required Enrollment Documentation:
- Updated Medical Report (last 12 months), attesting to the type and degree or level of the disability.
- Express reference to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD).
